Terms
Last updated: September 16, 2026.
calfeed merges calendars people explicitly connect and serves them as views and feeds. A calendar it cannot reach can instead be uploaded to us, by sending a dump of events to a private upload URL calfeed gives that source. These terms are short because the service is simple.
The deal
- The first 1,000 events per calendar are free. After that, $5 per 1,000 events. Events count only when they actually happen — add, move and delete freely. No payment information is requested until a calendar uses up its free quota, and existing functionality will not move behind the paywall without notice.
- calfeed is provided as-is, without warranty. We aim for it to be reliable; we do not promise it.
Your part
- Connect only calendars you have the right to access. Public ICS URLs you add must be ones you're entitled to use.
- What you share into a merged calendar, and who you hand feed URLs to, is your call and your responsibility. Rotation and restrictions exist for when you change your mind.
- No abuse: don't hammer the API, resell feeds of other people's data, or use calfeed to surveil people who haven't consented to contribute.
Endings
Delete your sources and calendars any time; stored events go with them. We may suspend accounts that break the rules above. If we ever shut the service down, you'll get notice and your feeds will keep working through it.
