Add an Apple calendar
Apple offers no calendar API, but iCloud can publish any calendar as a public link — and calfeed reads those.
- On your Mac, open Calendar, right-click the
calendar → Sharing settings… → tick
Public Calendar, and copy the
webcal://link. (On iCloud.com: the radio-wave icon next to the calendar name.) - In calfeed: + Add source → in the account picker choose ICS feed URL (Apple public calendar, …) → paste the link, name it, pick what it shares, done. calfeed checks the feed immediately and tells you if the link doesn't parse.
Know what you're exposing
Apple's public link itself carries the calendar's full details to anyone who has that link — Apple offers no busy/free-only option. calfeed's sharing settings limit what calfeed stores and serves, but they cannot narrow the Apple URL itself. Use it for calendars whose contents you'd be comfortable sharing anyway (family logistics, sports schedules, holidays), not for anything sensitive.
The same ICS route works for any standards-compliant feed: Outlook published calendars, public holiday feeds, your team's fixture list.
