Merge your family's calendars
Goal: one merged calendar with your calendars and your partner's, each of you controlling exactly what the other sees.
- Sign in at calfeed.io/app with Google or Microsoft. One sign-in is enough — more accounts link later.
- Create a calendar. In the sidebar under Calendars, type a name (say, "Family") and press the +.
- Grant calendar access. Under My accounts, click grant access next to your sign-in. You'll approve read-only calendar access at your provider and land back here.
- Add your calendars. Click + Add source,
pick your account, and tick the calendars you want in the merge. Per
row, choose what each one shares: busy/free (times only, no
details) up to full details. Set a short id (like
work) and a color while you're there. - Invite your partner. In the People row, click + Invite someone to this calendar and send them the link however you like. It works once and expires in 7 days. They sign in with their own account, join, and add their calendars the same way — their sharing choices are theirs alone; not even an admin can widen them. Each claimed invite also earns the calendar 100 bonus events.
- Make a view. Click + New view: pick a window ("today", or rolling "next 24 hours"), tick which sources it includes, set the timezone. Views are explicit — a source you don't tick is never shown, and calendars added later don't join old views by themselves.
- Get the URL. Create feed URL on the view gives you a link that shows exactly that view to anyone who has it — a wall tablet, a kitchen display, a browser tab. Rotate it any time if it leaks.
That's the whole product: sources in, views out, URLs anywhere.
